Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy applies to all orders worldwide. Consumer Law applies where required.
1) Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns are not guaranteed.
Returns may be considered only if the item is sealed and unopened, or if opened but unworn with original tags attached, and approved through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery.
2) Product Information & Sizing
Measurements and dimensions are provided on our website. Photos and descriptions form part of the purchase decision. Fit and suitability are the customer’s responsibility.
3) Returns We Accept
Returns are accepted for faulty items, damaged items on arrival, or incorrect items supplied.
Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Photos or videos are required. Claims without evidence may be declined.
4) Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns are not accepted for worn, washed, altered, or used items, colour variation due to screens or lighting, personal preference, normal wear, or orders delayed but delivered.
5) Hygiene & Wearable Blankets
Wearable blankets are hygiene-sensitive items. Once opened, skin contact cannot be verified. Opened items may only be considered if confirmed unworn with original tags attached and approved through our returns portal.
6) Return Assessment, Postage & Fees
All returns must be submitted and approved via our returns portal. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Approved returns may be subject to handling, inspection, and repackaging fees. Any applicable fees are clearly displayed in the returns portal before submission and deducted from the refund.
All returned items are inspected on arrival. Items that do not meet return conditions may be rejected.

7) Refunds
Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds are issued after assessment and approval to the original payment method.
8) Shipping & Tracking
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Pick and pack time, weekends, holidays, and carrier delays are excluded.
Tracking updates occur only when scanned. Lack of scans does not indicate lack of movement.
9) Failed Deliveries & Lost Parcels
Missed or failed deliveries are not refundable. Parcels are not considered lost until confirmed by the carrier. Investigations may be required.
