Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines Hoodie Haven’s shipping timelines, delivery process, tracking, and customer responsibilities. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days. Processing times may increase during peak periods, sales, or holidays. Dispatch occurs once processing is complete.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items display an estimated dispatch date on the product page. Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items may ship separately. Separate orders are recommended for faster delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch. Timeframes vary by destination and carrier. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch. All delivery estimates are indicative only.

Split Shipments

Orders may ship from multiple warehouses. Parcels may arrive separately. Each parcel is assigned its own tracking number.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Costs are based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Prices include GST where applicable for Australian customers.

For United States orders, import duties are prepaid by Hoodie Haven. No duties are payable on delivery.

Customers outside Australia and the United States may be responsible for local duties or taxes. These charges are set by local authorities. They are outside our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by address errors.

  • Returned parcels may incur re-shipping fees.
  • Approved refunds exclude original shipping and handling fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Tracking updates are scan-based and not real-time. Delays do not indicate loss. Allow additional time during peak periods.

If a parcel appears lost, contact help@hoodiehaven.com for investigation.

Replacement or refund for loss is available only where Covered Shipping was selected at checkout.

Covered Shipping

Covered Shipping is optional protection offered at checkout. It covers loss, theft, or damage during transit. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund.

If Covered Shipping is not selected, liability after dispatch is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Tracking Updates

Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Updates may appear intermittently. Lack of updates does not mean lack of movement.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If marked delivered, check the address, mailbox, surroundings, and household members. Contact the carrier for confirmation.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered unless Covered Shipping was purchased.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
